Registration Fee and Volunteer
Carmichael Soccer Club is a success because of the many dedicated volunteers who keep it running. To assure that everyone contributes to the success of the club, there is a volunteer deposit fee. Each family may either volunteer 2 hours of assistance or donate the $30 deposit to the club. Your volunteer fee will be given back to you after you have completed your volunteer hours. If a family fails to complete their volunteer activity, the deposit is forfeited to the club and those funds are used to gather the necessary resources to make each event successful. We need to have families participating in our events.
Registrations after May 31st will include a $30 volunteer fee per family and a $20 late fee per child. Late registrations are unable to earn their volunteer fee back.
All refund requests will include the $30 volunteer fee paid, unless forfeited due to failure to show up for an assigned volunteer shift.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
15% administration fee and additional Capitol Valley Youth Soccer League registration fee of $25 per player will be deducted from any refunds.
No refunds will be given after the Kick-Off Event in August.
