- Monday March 15th, 2010 5:30pm-8pm -- Coaches only
- Saturday April 17th, 2010 1pm-5pm
- Monday May 3rd, 2010 5pm-8pm
- Saturday May 15th, 2010 1pm-5pm
CSC will offer scholarship assistance to qualified families. Interested families are required to complete and submit the Scholarship Request Form prior to the deadline.

Registration Requirements
Registration packets are available at Big 5 at Manzanita & Winding Way, Mountain Mike's at 4141 Manzanita, may be downloaded below and will be available at the registration.
ALL Players will need:
- CA Youth Membership Form
- One 1" x 1" photo of player's face (write name & DOB on back)
- All new players AND players who did not play in the 2009 season MUST give us a copy of a legal birth certificate, passport or military ID. Only copies of a state- or county-issued certificate are acceptable. Note: Returning Carmichael Soccer Club players from the last two years do not have to bring in a copy of their birth certificate.
- Hospital or baptismal certificates are not acceptable according to USYSA rules.
- If you are the guardian or foster parent of a player, you may need to make arrangements to obtain a certified birth certificate through the Recorder's Office of the County and/or State in which the child was born. For Sacramento County, the Recorder's Office is 916-874-6334. Copies of birth certificates can be faxed to you for a small fee.
- If your child goes by a name different than that listed on his or her birth certificate, you must provide legal name amendment documents. Without them, the player must be registered using the name as listed on the birth certificate.
